The herein disclosed swinging aluminium sash comprises the elastic sealing means 2 fitting on special projections 1 for better sealing, the concealed water run-off provisions 3 created at the outer side of the frame to conduct water to the outer surface thereof and in the sequel out of the frame for protecting sashes from erosion. Due to the integral frame 16, the guide of the screen 5 having the elastic 6 is easily adapted to the special housings 4, the special driving accessory 7 of the moving part of the screen is apt to resolve possible problems occurred by rolling, resistance to the air and rubbish ingress while the closure clip 9 combined with the magnet 8 enables the opening and closure of the screen. Finally, the special rebate profile 10 allows the fitting of a special handle 11 on both special leaves 15 of the shutter secured by said handle transmitting the motion (external drive 12) to the existing locking system 13 for reduced labour time and enhanced security.
