The invention relates to a textile substrate containing fibres, said substrate including a thermal regulation composition, and said substrate being characterised in that it further comprises islands of a material which are associated with the fibres in order to be surrounded by the thermal regulation composition, wherein the island-forming material is capable of enhancing the heat and/or humidity transfer in the thermal regulation composition. The invention also relates to a method for producing such a textile substrate.
