An improved elastomeric pad primary suspension comprising of a top plate; a centre plate, a bottom plate wherein the rubber elastomer is moulded between them and which alongwith the improved secondary suspension and constant contact side bearers makes the Casnub 22 NLB bogie track friendly even at its increased axle load of 23 t.
