The present invention provides the means for measuring single phase and three phase ac machines using interfacing of hardware and firmware. The main parts of the present invention includes power supply socket, step down transformer, power supply board, microcontroller board, A/D converter board, switch board, LCD and seven segment LED. The invention provides a means for transferring and saving data on time in the computer with the use of RS-232 serial communication data cable. Surge protectors and outside removable fuse protection is provided for overcoming voltage surge /overload and burning out conditions. The firmware flow chart provides the process to carry out the output and show it on displays and on the computer.
