The present invqniion relates to scientifically manufactered new kitchen Brass and Bronze Utensils. The research work solves and removes all toxic copper and zinc compqunds formed on the surface of Brass and. Bronze Utensil due to oxidation.The present invention will assist medical science for preventing and curing present epidemic diseases by providing nutritive balanced cooked diet and stored drinking water.The brass (Cu-Zn) and Bronze(Cu-Sn) alloys are formed by synthesis of Cur Zn, Sn. The copper, zinc, iron etc are present in different parts of human body as micronutrients used for working in metabolism. These brass and bronze alloys are used to manufacture different types of utensils by heating and beating method.These brass and bronze utensils are allowed for heat treatment as heating and putting method in range of 100 degree C to about 200 degree C for about 1 hour to 2 hour to prevent oxidation.
