The present invention is BALLISTIC TOWER /BALLISTIC SHIELD/ BALLISTIC CHASING VAN system have been invented by the inventor in which improvised version is fixed to with castor wheels on the base to ensure its easy mobility to anywhere. It has a base plate made up of checkered MS-sheet. Generally, the watch towers have been fixed on the foundation laid on the soil. There is no base plate made available. The benefit of the base plate is to avoid any damage to the tower cabin due to a small explosions. The cabin stands on strong MS-steel channels. For watch tower, it has a door with lock, which can be opened from the inside of the cabin. And for Bullet proof Shields, a twin door is fixed on backside of the cabin.
