In one embodiment, this is accomplished by receiving application for the Multiple-Service Card from a subscriber, the application including fields which include at least one of the information relating to driving licenses, Permanent Account Number (PAN) card, election identity card, passport, and ration card, checking/reviewing the application for fields which include subscriber information and collecting the corresponding necessary documents with the selected field in the application by the subscriber, and integrating the information given by the subscriber in the application and issuing the integrated, customized and personalized multiple service card.
