cutting the garment of jeans, as per the required size, to get front panel and back panel of jeans for each leg; surging separately each panel to keep additional margin of fabric to achieve the desired look; overlock stitching the side edges of each panel by incorporating a five thread over lock stitch; merging the front panels and back panels of respective leg with the help of a single needle machine, the merging includes stitching of side seam and inseam of the jeans; flattening the stitched portion using steam iron; turning the so far manufactured jeans "inside out"; and hand stitching with thicker thread in "In & Out" fashion on either side of the flattened overlock stitched portion along with inside and flat locked portion, the hand stitching is earned out in such a manner that equidistant clutter with evenness in the panels is maintained.
