The invention relates to agriculture and can be used in the processing of organic waste in the vermicompost. The process for the production of vermicompost includes mixing of leached glue wine-making sediments, obtained at demetallization of the wine stock with potassium hexacyanoferrate, manure and straw in the following ratio, wt.%:leached glue wine-marking sediments�20à40manure����55à70straw����5à10,formation from the obtained mixture of clamps or placement of the mixture in concrete or overlaid with plastic trenches or in containers, population with the hybrid of California red worms or Eisenia fetida earthworms with a density of 100à200 units/kg of mixture, vermicomposting at pH 7.0à8.0 and the temperature of 16à32?C for 2à3 months, as well as separation of vermicompost by sieving. The vermicompost is a loose product of grey-brown color with faint earthy smell and contains mobile forms recalculated for dry mass in mg/kg: nitrogen (N-NO3) 1500à1785; phosphor (P2O5) 147à220; potassium (K2O) 15 000à18 870; calcium (Ca2+) 4.0à5.0, with pH 7.0à8.0.
