INDUSTRIALISED CONSTRUCTIVE SYSTEM WITH PREFABRICATED ELEMENTS.

Described is a novel industrialised constructive system based on prefabricated structural panels, which is characterised in that it comprises panel modules that basically consist of a metallic structure formed by rolled profiles of different calibres, said profiles being fixed to the end portions of the modules to conform perimeter frames in which defined space, at least, an acoustic and thermal insulating plate is innerly arranged; a film of waterproofing material is attached to both surfaces of the insulating material, the same being overlapped to both surfaces and partially to the rolled profiles that define the panel, said film preventing humidity filtration from occurring; a metallic mesh attached to both surfaces of the panel, which is joint by the perimeter thereof to the rolled profiles, the same comprising transversal attaching means crossing the waterproofing film and the insulating plate for attaching one surface mesh to the other surface mesh so as to provide a higher stab ility and resistance; a coat of concrete applied to both mesh surfaces, which brings support for the final finish of said panels.
