The wash basin has a stack of three distinct structural elements in the form of rings (3-5) with substantially similar weights. The upper ring (3) at the top of the stack includes a basin (6), where the upper ring is smaller or equal to two times the weight of each of the other rings. The rings are connected to each other by dowel pins (8), where one of the rings includes a recess (12) for supporting an accessory such as towel holder.
