The system recognizes a payment in conjunction with a code, and provides an electronic mail (e-mail) and a short messaging service (SMS) through a computer to a trading partner for making delivery such that the trading partner identifies state of money in a trust account. The delivery goods or services are enabled by an inspection of a customer through a unique code in a mobile phone with unique international mobile equipment identity (IMEI) number of mobile phone payments. A supplier of transaction is transferred to bank account via SMS and e-mail confirmation.
