The method involves measuring pressure of transferred fluid, and comparing the measured pressure value with a reference pressure value. A burner of a boiler (2) is controlled based on the results of comparison. A pump fixed in a heater (1) is controlled based on the results of comparison, and the burner and/or the pump are switched off when a lower limit of the reference pressure value is greater than the measured pressure value. The boiler is connected to a gas burner (8) for providing heat to a heat exchanger (9).
