The combination has a protective cover (5) connected with a wall of a pipe (1), and comprising flanges located on an outer periphery of a sleeve. An opening is formed between the sleeve and an outer circumference of the flanges. Chambers are formed between the flanges, where a diameter of each flange is greater than an internal diameter of the pipe. The flanges and a wall of the sleeve are located in a single radial plane, and a handle is fixed to the flanges. An outer portion of the each flange is attached to an end face of the pipe.
