Disclosed is a combination comprising (a) a substituted 3,5-diphenyl-1,2,4-triazole such as 4-[3,5-bis(2-hydroxyphenyl)-[1,2,4]triazol-1-yl]benzoic acid, and at least one platinum antineoplastic agent, and the use of said combination for the preparation of a medicament for the treatment of proliferative diseases.
