Invention herewith described refers to a cubical latticed grounding means for low-frequency wireless longdistance transmission of potential and the whole system of this wireless transmission, includes an alternating low-frequency source of high voltage (18), a latticed cubical grounding means (3), receiving cubical latticed grounding means (6) and an emitting means for grounding (7), which are connected through a transformer station (9) and receiving units (electro thermal units (10) - to prevent fruit trees from getting frozen and a capacitor (16) for biological impact of voltage). Supply of the mentioned devices (10) and (16), enables the voltage of the steps. It is a result of shaping an electric field, by the emitting grounding means (7). If an antenna (3) is power supplied from a direct source of high voltage (18), the grounding means (6) and (7), and the transformer station (9) are left out.
