The submitted invention relates to the synthesis of organic dispersion systems based on semiconducting photocatalytically active nanocrystalline titanium (IV) oxide in crystal forms anatase and rutile with narrow spherical particle size distribution in the range between 10 nm and 50 nm, to the procedures of hydrolysis of titanyl sulphate (TiOSO4), precipitation of insoluble hydrated titanium dioxide (TiO2-xH2O-ySO3) with dialkylamide as precipitation agent, sedimentation of precipitated hydratednanoparticles under addition of water solution of an anionic polyacrylamide flocculation agent, high temperature thermal treatment of nanoparticles of hydrated titanium (IV) oxide in the air atmosphere, technology of two-stage high-energy deagglomeration of thermally treated powders of titanium (IV) oxide with addition of homogenous mixtures of previously synthesised iron pigment (Mn0,514Zn0,431Fe2,055O4) and addition of oxides, hydroxides, sulphides, sulphates, carbonates, chlorides, nitrates and silicates of: calcium, zinc, zirconium, aluminium and silicon with particle size between 5 nm and 50 nm, and finally surface treatment of nanostructured powders under addition of organic monofunctional, bifunctional and polyfunctional surface active substances with single- or multifunctional hydroxyl, carboxyl, amino and thiol groups which assure the stability of nanoparticles in end dispersion systems in the range of pH values between 5 and 9 and with zeta potential less than -30 eV, which are adapted to application conditions on various fields of the dye and textile industries and on the filed of ecology and environmental protection.
