The technical solution relates to a device for heating greenhouses or plastic greenhouses and using of it in the summer for heating usable water using a solar energy. Inside heaters of heating system is leaded a galvanized or copper pipe (7), which leads through cold usable water. Boiler water, which circulates in a distribution system (5) of the heating system, is heated by a heat generated by solar energy. Heated boiler water obtains the heat in heaters (3) conduction through the wall of galvanized or copper pipe (7) usable water. The device is provided with a sun exchanger (9) with blocks (10) dipped in water (16) heated by solar energy for a higher output of heat, into blocks is through a distribution system (11) from galvanized or copper pipe installed cold usable water and the said blocks are connected to the boiler water distribution system (5). Usable water is heated by heated water (16) from a solar exchanger and boiler water (14) too.
