the plant is an important centre for alfa. the use of this plant has been for a long time limited to the pulp and paper industry.that's what we thought, and tried to use it for technical applications, particularly in the form of which will be non woven composite materials as reinforcements in a number of areas: automotive industry, marine industry, construction ...the present invention relates to the preparation of thick fiber nonwoven based tunisian alfa in combination with other textile fibres constituting reinforcements for composite materials with new features and good thermal insulation. the performance of these composite materials are closely related to those of their non woven reinforcement.therefore, optimization of the production of the nonwoven is essential in order to guide the quality of the finished product. for this reason, some of the parameters of the process for the preparation of nonwoven were varied to assess their impact on the performance of nonwovens, and later those of composite materials.these parameters are mainly: a change in the number of parts of the fibre in the shirley analyser for alfa in the mechanical extraction of the fibres. a change in the rate and nature of the blend used in the product. a variation of the method of building model of shell.a change in the number of bits after the aiguilleteuse sails in the building engineering. a variation of the nonwoven finishing in order to determine the effect of calendering treatment.the effect of these factors on the physical characteristics (density and thickness), water (air permeability, thermal power adiathermique) and mechanical (tensile strength) was tested and studied for various non wovens made.the strengthening of the nonwoven composite thus obtained makes it possible to obtain high-quality products more diversified.the performance of the composites were also monitored, weight, thickness, rate of reinforcement and tensile strength), and compared with those of the existing compound used in the field of automotive industry and as a backup glass mats and so. promote to validate these new composites.
