A method for selection of an endoprosthesis for endovascular-surgical treatment of belly aorta aneurysms at which additionally the length of not changed segment of the aorta is determined more distally from the bottom edge of the withdrawal from it of lateral branches, for example kidney arteries. At length of the specified segment more than and less than the fenestration endoprosthesis is prescribed, and at length of the given segment less than , or at its absence in general the needle endoprosthesis is prescribed.
