METHOD FOR DIAGNOSING DECOMPENSATED CIRRHOSIS OF LIVER

A method for diagnosing the decompensated cirrhosis of the liver comprises the histological examination of liver bioptate with the measurement of the area and the brightness of the hepatocyte nuclei. The percentage of the nuclei with area of 30-60 mand the percentage of the nuclei with the brightness of 61-120 conventional units is assessed. When their half-sum is less than 60%, the decompensated cirrhosis of the liver is diagnosed.
