A method of processing pesticide preparations on the base of derivatives of chlorine-containing pyridyl carboxylic acids by processing with aqueous solution of acid. In accordance with the method, reaction mass is held during intensive mixing, it is cooled, and the formed sediment of pyridyl carboxylic acid is filtered and washed in cold water, the filtrate is additionally processed with activated carbon, heated, filtered on a glass filter, and salts are separated at following evaporation concentration, cooling and filtration of the second filtrate.
