Device for dispersion analysis with following shift of active spectrum of non-stationary processes includes dispersion delay line (DLZ) output of which is output of the device. DLZ is automatically controlled (tracking) line at input of which there are included connected in series noise restrictor (OP) input of which is input of the device, and following band filter (SSF), and there are includes connected in series frequency discriminator (CD) input of which is connected either to output of OP or to output of SSF and control element (KE) output of which is connected to input for control of SSF and DLZ.
