Source and receiver of -radiation are stationary placed on-like holder installed on axle with possibility of rotation, deepening of the holder is equal to 1.05-1.15 of thickness of pipe wall, it includes inverting block, drive and differential-transformation transformer that consists of ram and coil, with possibility of fixation of the end tight position of-like holder when -radiation comes to set end position.
