Method for determination of earth pollution with microelements includes sampling and determination of content of bulk forms of chemical element at plot under investigation. One determines regional FRV ME in earths at not polluted territories of given region with use of samples, with data processing with use of methods of geo-statistics, with formation of electronic skeleton maps of FRV ME in earths with respective gradation of content of those, these are compared to data on regional content of ME. Under condition of deflection of characteristics to side of increase of decrease one makes conclusion on luck or success of ME I earths, and limit of count is taken as absence of difference not more than in 30 % of cases.
