A method for obtaining highly viable laboratory cultures of species of the genus Trichogramma includes rearing in conditions of biolaboratories of Trichogramma and a host insect, in particular of the angoumois grain moth. At the stage of the first larval age of Trichogramma and of prepupa procedures of double radiation treatment of eggs of the host insect, in which Trichogramma is developed, are carried out with negative aerophones, at the stage of first larval age in a concentration of 400 ths. ions per 1 cmof air with a duration of radiation treatment of 40 min., and at the stage of prepupa with a concentration of 450 ths. ions per 1 cmof air and exposure of 45 min. After rebirth of imagoes mating thereof is carried out, after what females of the Trichogramma are fed with a diet as an aqueous solution of ribonucleic acid in a concentration of 0.002-0.004 %.
