A fuel-less energy complex includes as primary source of electric energy wind generator to which electrolyzer and inverter are connected through cable lines. Electrolyzer through compressor and pipelines is connected to hydrogen reservoir that through pipelines is connected to the object of power supply. Inverter is an intermediate section between the wind generator and the object of power supply for conditioning electric energy. The hydrogen reservoir has as well pipeline connection with gasified motor-generator that is connected to the object of power supply by cable line.
