An universal flexible tare (balloon) for transport in tankers and tanks (water and road) of crude oil, oil products and other aggressive liquids and bulk products in different climatic conditions is made in the form of a hollow container, which has two handles for carrying, a hole for pouring liquids or dumping of bulk products and a cover with a thread. The hollow container is simple in design and technology, is made of flexible reinforced material (of large degree of reliability), and the hole (of sufficient capacity) allows mechanized (quickly) loading and unloading a large number of different goods.
