METHOD FOR TERMINATION OF SURGERY AFTER EXTRAPERITONEAL CLOSURE OF LOOP COLOSTOMA

A method for the termination of the surgery after extraperitoneal closure of loop colostoma comprises suturing the surgical wound. The purse-string intradermal suture is applied with non-traumatic Vicryl 3/0. The horizontal stitches through derma 0.8- in depth are made at a distance of 0.3-, 4-10 stithces depending on the size of the wound. After tightening the suture, the wound canal is left, 0.4- in diameter.
