METHOD FOR SELECTING THERAPY OF PERIMENOPAUSAL HYPERPLASTIC MANIFESTATIONS IN ENDOMETRIUM

A method for selecting the therapy of perimenopausal hyperplastic manifestations in endometrium comprises the evaluation of clinicomorphological variant of hyperplastic process. In addition, the proliferative activity of nuclei in the cells of endometrium is assessed. When the nuclei with ploidy up to 4.0 are present, hormonal therapy is provided. When the nuclei with ploidy ranged from 4.0 to 6.0 are present, cryodestruction is selected. The presence of nuclei with ploidy above 6.0 is the indication for the surgical ablation of endometrium.
