A method for acoustic diagnostics of human black-lung disease comprises the multichannel synchronous, electronic registration of thorax breath sounds with the subsequent computer processing of registered sound information. Under condition of quiet deep breath of the patient simultaneously reduction of respiratory cycle duration than 10 %, decrease in intensity of breath sounds in 1.5-2 times, absence of breath sounds on frequencies more than 650 ± 20 Hz are revealed. At occurrence in spectra of inhalation and exhalation sounds of number of broadband, short-term pulses, such patients with reliability of 96 % are attributed to a group of patients with black-lung disease.
