A method for determination of epidermal antigene conversion comprises the producing of antibodies by immunization of animals with substrates. A liquid part of psoriatic scale homogenate is separated, then it is diluted with sodium chloride isotonic solution, precipitate is incubated and separated by centrifugation, then the precipitate is mixed with a portion of immune serum and immune precipitation of antigenes of liquid homogenate portion of normal epidermis corneal layer. Under results of quantity determination of precipitation lines by means of adsorbed and not adsorbed sera.
