A ash-free conical mandrel is arranged as a conical tail element and cylindrical section that are separated one from another by cylindrical collar with larger diameter, a distance ring with conical rollers. To the outer diameter of the mandrel cylindrical section a conical bushing with flange is installed, outer diameter of the last one is equal to outer diameter of the cylindrical collar, those are rigidly connected to each other by bolts that are arranged uniformly in circle.
