Source of radiation includes n2 active elements with p-n transitions that emit in maxima at wavelengths agreed with wavelength in maximum of band of natural absorption of analyzed gas for each of n2 set temperature intervals, respectively, at that duration of operation of active elements with p-n transitions for each temperature interval is determined by temperature indicator and active elements with p-n transitions are activated with electric current in puklse mode with same or different duration.
