METHOD FOR DRAINING MAJOR PANCREATIC DUCT

A method for draining the major pancreatic duct provides for inserting the drainage into the major pancreatic duct of the pancreatic stump following the resection of pancreatoduodenal complex. The drainage is performed to the exterior via choledochojejunoanastomosis and the stump of the bile duct followed by the formation of pancreatojejunoanastomosis, choledochojejunoanastomosis and gastroenteroanastomosis in the single loop.
