PROCESS FOR THE PREPARATION OF MODIFIED EPOXY COMPOSITE COATING

摘要

A process for the preparation of modified epoxy composite coating consists in application to metallic substrate of electro-discharge machined adhesive layer followed by polymerization thereof at a temperature T=323±2 K for =1.5-2.0 hours. Thereafter treated with UV radiation and then with constant magnetic field surface layer is applied with subsequent curing of coating at a temperature T=293-298 for =72-76 hours. The adhesive layer is preliminarily treated in constant magnetic field, and surface layer is UV irradiated.
