METHOD FOR SPEED-UP OF TESTING PLASTIC PIPES ON STABILITY WITH RESPECT TO CONSTANT INNER PRESSURE

Method for speed-up of testing plastic pipes on stability at permanent inner pressure is based on testing sample-blades cut of pipes in thermostatic chamber that provides sample testing in range of temperatures from 20 ° to 95 ° with accuracy of ±2 %. Strains in the sample are formed with calibrated loads. The method makes it possible to make shorter duration of testing 5-10 times with substantial simplification of testing and to reject expensive equipment.
