摘要

The invention can be used at laboratory research of diffusion of complexed substance in capillary-porous materials in food, chemical, building, and other related fields of industry. The method for determination of diffusion coefficient of complexed substance depending on its concentration in capillary-porous bodies consists in measurement of weight of specimen depending on time, contacted with the medium, where constant concentration of the same matter is maintained, till reaching of constant value of specimen weight and according to the obtained data of measurement of weight the desired thermal characteristic is determined in the form of polynom by means of discrete adjustment. The technical result: simple method for determination of diffusion coefficient of complexed substance depending on its concentration in capillary-porous bodies with higher accuracy is proposed, which is necessary for calculation and optimization of processes of drying, sorption, and desorption.
