YEAST STRAIN CANDIDA FAMATA IMB Y-5033 - STABLE PRODUCER OF RIBOFLAVIN (VITAMIN B2)

The invention relates to the yeast strainIMB Y-5033, that is the producer of riboflavin (vitamin B). The strain is obtained by introducing into yeast genome of DNA fragment, carrying the genetic information about factor, providing consistency of feature overproducing of riboflavin. Thus, the yeast strainhas been constructed, being 4-fold more stable, with 3-4-fold increased flavinogenic activity.
