METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF NATURAL COMPLEX SILK THREAD FIBROIN-3 OF WASTES OF SILK PRODUCTION

Method is proposed for production of natural complex fiber thread made of wastes of silk production that includes cutting of short fiber not suitable for unwinding cocoons, soaking in water with temperature 20-50 °C during 10-20 minutes, treatment in copper-ammonia solution, formation of continuous thread and passing through device that consists of three baths in first of which there is hydrochloric, sulfuric of acetic acid, in second bath water at temperature 20-80 °C, I third protein substance cerytsin, in second and third bath thread is kept during 10-20 min. According to the method, for the thread obtained with content of needed amount of cooper it is passed through acid with concentration 1-4 % during 2-4 minutes till obtaining color pre-defined by test.
