INSTALLATION FOR INVESTIGATION OF DURABILITY OF MATERIALS IN JET OF WETTED ABRASIVE

摘要

Installation for investigation of durability of materials in jet of wetted abrasive relates to area of machine-building. Installation has body, hopper for abrasive, gate, rotor with radial channels, motor for rotation of rotor and samples. On the upper plane of the rotor tank is placed for wetting liquid as polygonal prism with number of corners equal to number of channels of rotor. Corners of the tank are connected to channels of the rotor with openings. On the body in fixed way dozer is fixed without possibility of motion, with round opening for liquid supply, opening is arranged in the upper cover of the tank concentrically with respect to rotor. Installation provides increase of reliability of results of investigation through stabilization of density of abrasive flow.
