A plant for the contemporary exploitation of wind and solar energy, comprising a series of solar concentrators (1 ), provided with focalization chambers (2) surmounted by means (3) for the captation of the sun rays, like Fresnel lens or similar, a sheaf of pipes (7) carrying water for thermic and sanitary use, passing through said focalization chambers (2) of said solar concentrators, wherein it comprises an air conduct (9) connected to a fan (10) for leading the air inside said air conduct (9), tubular conducts (12) for the reciprocal connection and for the connection with said air conduct (9), of the solar concentrators (1) for the air passage, introduced by said fan (10), inside said focalization chambers (2), and of said air conduct (9), an electric generator (13, 14) operated by wind turbines (15, 16), moved by the air flow passing inside said air conduct (9) and a frame (17, 18, 19, 20) for supporting above mentioned elements.
