A product (X) comprising separate components (A) and (B) which are mixed before use of the mixture for dissociating tissue, is new, where (A) is a neutral protease (NP) from Clostridium histolyticum, not present in a collagenase enzyme preparation and (B) is collagenase or a collagenase enzyme preparation. An independent claim is also included for a method for preparing (X).
