Fusion proteins with lectin-like domain beta-trefoil, preparation process and their applications.; The present invention discloses a novel general method of expression and purification of fusion proteins containing beta-lectin domain peptide clover as affinity tag and solubility. This label can produce different soluble fusion proteins with high yields and purify through a protocol effective, simple, low cost purification. This protocol is based on the ability of the peptide to bind sugars galactose derivatives and consists of a single step employing affinity chromatography matrices derived agarose and lactose as eluent.
