A method for providing epitopes of allelic variants of peptides or antigen proteins from a specific species based on changes of one or more amino acids related to the polymorphism encoding a single nucleotide, said process comprising the steps of: (i) the definition of a protein or of a peptide of interest or a subset thereof; (ii) the screening of a database representing at least two or more DNA libraries of said species for said defined peptide or protein or a subset thereof, (iii) the identification and selection of amino acid changes of variants allelic peptide / protein, an expression product or a fragment thereof that is encoded by a DNA sequence containing, at least, single nucleotide polymorphism in the coding region, (iv) creating epitopes 8meters up to 25meters , which comprise the amino acid residue containing said polymorphism, and (v) the selection of those epitopes that bind with the MHC protein.
