A kit for embedding a bone and carving an internal thread in the bone that defines a hole, the kit comprising: a guide component adapted to cover the bone and has a threaded opening (36) in alignment with the carving; and a tap male (100) comprising a first part (102) having a first diameter (d 3) and a second part (104) having a second diameter (d4), the second diameter (d4) being smaller than the first diameter (d3), the first part (102) having an external thread (110) adapted to thread the threaded opening (36) of the guide component, and the second part (104) having a carving edge (112) helical adapted to be received inside the hole and carve the internal thread, the guide component and the tap male (100) being sized accordingly so that after the introduction of the tap male (100) into the threaded opening (36) with the second part (104) towards the bone, the first part (102) of the tap male (100) threadedly engages the threaded opening (36) before the helical carving cutting edge (112) engages the bone.
