Integrated procedure for the conversion of all the ashes produced by a boiler (1) generating steam fueled by fossil fuel into light ashes, with a reduced content of unburned materials, comprising the following stages: - milling of heavy ashes (4) and the ashes that come from the economizers (5) in one or more mills (7, 8); - send all the ashes extracted from said boiler (1) to a cyclone separator (15) through a single dry conveyor system (19); - mixing the ashes with said fossil fuel using one or more metering devices (16); - subject to grinding the fossil fuel and the coarsest fraction of ashes in one or more mills (18) destined to pulverize the coal; and - reintroduce all the ashes extracted from said boiler (1), obtained by said extraction system, into said boiler (1).
