Procedure for preparing, from an endometrial biopsy, an autologous endometrial culture system intended to be used for endometrial-embryo coculture during IVF, said culture system comprising epithelial cells and stromal cells, said procedure comprising stages leading to obtaining: - a first endometrial fraction said epithelial, containing epithelial glands from the reservoir (residue) retained on the filter after one or several stages of lysis of endometrial tissue; - a second endometrial fraction said stromal, corresponding to the accumulated filtered liquids obtained from the filtration stages carried out after one or several stages of lysis and comprising as a major component stromal cells, and - a third endometrial fraction said mixed comprising a mixture of glands and of stromal cells, corresponding to the sedimentation residue of the second fraction, characterized by the fact that said method further comprises at another stage of purification of said third fraction, leading to the separation of epithelial and stromal components of this third fraction and the cultivation of the mixture of these purified components to obtain a mixed coculture.
