A system of updating local time in different time zones, comprising: a base station (1) incorporating a transmission unit (10), in which a transmission module automatic time update (100) is set in the transmission unit (10), said transmission module update time being configured to periodically transmit a local time that is a signal indicative of time to a time zone in which the base station (1) is located; and a portable electronic device (2) having an antenna (3) for receiving the local time signal from the transmission module automatic updating (100); the portable electronic device comprising: a receiving unit (20) connected to the antenna (3) which enables the local time signal to be forwarded from the antenna (3) connected to the reception (20); a microprocessor (21) connected to the receiving unit (20) which enables the local time unit is forwarded from the receiving unit (20) to the microprocessor (21) for signal processing; a display unit (23) connected to the microprocessor and configured to receive the unit local time processed from the microprocessor (21) to represent the local time of the base station (1) over a first interface time representation (231 ); characterized by further comprising: a timing unit (22) connected to the display unit (23) and adapted to calculate original local time which is time of a time zone where the portable electronic device (2) originally resides and to transmit the original local time to the display unit (23) for display on a second time display interface (232).
