The present inventionrelates to a colostrum-derivedmixture enriched in growth factors,particularly, a bovine colostrum fractionin topical or oral formulations for thetreatment of skin injury, diseases,wounds or ulcers. The invention alsoprovide a process for the preparationor the production of a compositionenriched in growth factors fromcolostrum, and its uses thereof forthe treatment of surface wounds andulcers.
